The new battery mount upgrade set (#120011) allows a secure installation of the battery in the vehicle without affecting the flex-characteristics. Now the battery can be fixed with an o-ring to keep it at it’s place. In course of the redesign we were also able to further improve the position of the battery which sits 2,6mm more in the rear.
The optimized weight distribution improves the traction on the rear axle resulting in a more balanced car handling.
The set consists of a newly designed rear carbon shock plate #103312 as well as a redesigned carbon battery brace #112311 and a suitable O-ring for fastening the battery #780113.
All parts are also available seperately.
